Tai Chi & Push Hands Workshop

Tai Chi & Push Hands Workshop

Discover one of Tai Chi’s most fascinating and practical training methods.

Push Hands is a unique partner exercise that teaches you how to remain calm, balanced, and in control while working with another person’s movement and energy. Instead of relying on strength or resistance, you learn how to develop sensitivity, timing, body awareness, and the ability to redirect pressure with surprising ease and efficiency.

Experience why Tai Chi is often called “the art of using less effort to achieve more.”

In this rare workshop, you will be guided by Sifu Stanislav Bagalev, an internationally respected martial arts master from Bulgaria with over 40 years of training, teaching, and competition experience across Europe and China.

Sifu Bagalev is a personal disciple of Grandmaster Yang Jun of the Yang Family Tai Chi lineage and holds a 4th Rank certification in Yang Family Taijiquan. He is widely recognized for his deep understanding of both Tai Chi and Wing Tsun, and is known internationally for bridging the gap between internal energy training and practical self-defense.

What makes his teaching especially unique is his ability to clearly explain how structure, relaxation, and sensitivity translate into real-world skill — not just theory. His approach helps students feel immediate improvements in balance, control, and responsiveness, even with no prior experience.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:
• Improve balance, coordination, and whole-body awareness
• Develop sensitivity and “listening” through touch and connection
• Stay relaxed, calm, and centered under pressure
• Redirect force instead of meeting it head-on
• Understand practical principles behind Tai Chi movement and application

No previous Push Hands experience is required. This workshop is open to beginners, martial artists, Tai Chi practitioners, and anyone interested in movement, self-defense, or personal development.

This is a rare opportunity to train directly with a visiting international master who does not regularly teach in the United States. Events like this are uncommon, making it a valuable chance to experience authentic instruction at a high level.

Whether your goal is health, martial skill, or personal growth, this workshop offers principles that carry far beyond training — into how you move, react, and stay composed in everyday life.
